Steps to Switch
1. Open a membership account
Open an account by visiting any of our branch locations, by downloading a Membership Application or applying online.
2. Download and complete forms
Download the forms on listed below and print the checklist to mark your progress.
- Direct Deposit Change Request
- Authorization Agreement for Direct Deposit
- Authorization for Canceling Automatic Payments
- Authorization for Transferring Automatic Payments
- Authorization for Automatic Payment
- Account Closing Request
3. Verify account migration
Verify that all checks, card transactions, and scheduled bill payments have cleared your old checking account.
4. Close your account
Close your account at your old financial institution.
